适用范围：所有种类的自攻丝
TestPurpose:Todetectpartshavinglowstrengthwhichmighttwistoffduringdrivingorseating.
测试目的：为检查件是否因为扭足而在组装或旋紧时扭断.
Specification:Seechartsthatfollow.如下图示
Apparatusrequired:测试装置
AppropriateSplitCollet.适当的夹具
ColletHolder.夹具座
ScrewTestingFixture.丝测试座
TorqueWrench;accuratewith+/-2%.准确在 2%.以内的扭扳手
SampleSize(MinimumRecommended):4piecesperlot;lotsizenottoexceed250,000
抽样数(建议最少)：每批4支，每批批超过250MPCS.
Procedure:测试程序
Placethesplitcolletintothecolletholderandscrewthefastenerintothecolletsuchthataminimumof2fullthreadsareinthecolletandaminimumof2threadsareabovethecollet.
将丝置入测试夹具中再将夹具放入夹具座，丝至少应有两个完全牙在夹具中，两牙在夹具上方.
Placethecolletholderinthescrewtestingfixtureandclampintoplace.
将夹具座固定在丝测试座上
Applytorquewithatorquewrenchuntiltheparttwistsoff.
扭转扳手直到丝扭断
Recordfailurevalueandcomparetotherequiredspecification.
记录破坏值且与规范值比较
