YL胶囊溶出度试验方法的初步研究

【摘要】目的：建立YL胶囊溶出度试验方法，为其质量评价提供参考。方法：采用小杯法，模拟胃液的溶出介质为0.1mol/L盐酸溶液100mL，模拟肠液的溶出介质为pH=6.8的磷酸盐缓冲液100mL，转速50r·min-1，温度37±0.5℃进行溶出度试验，溶出液经孔径10μm的滤膜滤过，用紫外分光光度计测定其600nm处的吸光度。结果：YL高浓度胶囊在胃液中无溶出，在肠液中完全溶出。结论：试验结果可为YL胶囊的质量评价提供参考，保证药物的质量。

[Abstract]Objective:ToestablishamethodofthedeterminationofthedissolutionofYLcapsules,thus,toprovidereferenceforitsqualityevaluation.Methods:Thesmallglassmethodwasadoptedfortwodifferentdissolutionmedia,thedissolutionmediumofsimulatedgastricfluidwas100mLof0.1mol/Lhydrochloricacidsolution,andthedissolutionmediumofsimulatedintestinalfluidwas100mLofphosphatebufferwithpH=6.8,therotationspeedwas50r·min-1,andthetemperaturewas37±0.5℃.Thedissolutionwasfilteredthroughafiltermembranewithaporesizeof10μm。Itsabsorbanceat600nmwasdeterminedbyanultravioletspectrophotometer.Results:TheHighconcentrationofYLcapsulesdonotdissolveingastricjuice,whiletotaldissolveinintestinalfluid.Conclusion:TheexperimentalresultscanprovideareferenceforthequalityevaluationofYLcapsulesandensurethequalityofdrugs.
