摘要：本文围绕精密仪器设备产业，开展精密仪器设备产业“卡脖子”技术及标准化现状调研，探明全球精密仪器设备产

业技术发展趋势与研究热点、我国精密仪器设备产业“卡脖子”技术现状以及国内外精密仪器设备标准现状，梳理我国精密

仪器设备产业“卡脖子”技术及标准存在问题，针对我国精密仪器设备产业“卡脖子”技术及标准存在问题，从加强精密仪器

设备领域标准化战略顶层设计、构建精密仪器设备标准多边合作联动机制和强化精密仪器设备标准化人才队伍建设维度提

出对策建议，对促进我国精密仪器设备产业标准体系建设具有重要意义。
