互联网金融模式下商业银行的现状及对策研究

摘要：近些年来，随着互联网和电子商务的迅速发展，日益壮大的第三方支付平台逐渐成为了一个庞大的互联网金融产业，其在金融市场上占据了越来越多的市场交易量和流通量，互联网金融打破传统金融行业的固有垄断地位，在一定程度上削弱了商业银行的重要地位；银行以往在金融领域中的垄断优势已经不再明显，经营生存状况日益艰难、不容乐观，传统的商业银行业必须要从内外结构方面有所改变，方能在未来的金融市场中占据一席之地，延续下来。

本文着重分析：在受到了互联网金融这一背景的影响下，分析传统商业银行的现状及发展预期，找出商业银行在发展过程中遇到的一些问题，同时结合当前的经济、政策形势，对商业银行以后的发展提出一些的改善措施及对策。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentoftheInternetandE-commerce,thegrowingthird-partypaymentplatformhasgraduallybecomeahugeInternetfinancialindustry,itoccupiesmoreandmoremarkettransactionvolumeandcirculationinthefinancialmarket.InternetfinancebreakstheinherentmonopolypositionofthetraditionalfinancialindustryandweakenstheimportantpositionofcommercialbankstosomeextentThemonopolyadvantageofbanksinthefinancialfieldinthepastisnolongerobvious,theoperatingconditionsareincreasinglydifficultandnotoptimistic,thetraditionalcommercialbankingindustrymustbechangedfrominsideandoutsidethestructure,tohaveaplaceinthefinancialmarketsofthefuture.

Thispaperfocusesontheanalysis:undertheinfluenceofthebackgroundofInternetfinance,itanalyzesthecurrentsituationanddevelopmentexpectationoftraditionalcommercialbanks,andfindsoutsomeproblemsinthedevelopmentprocessofcommercialbanks,atthesametime,combinedwiththecurrenteconomicandpolicysituation,thefuturedevelopmentofcommercialbankstoputforwardsomeimprovementmeasuresandcountermeasures.
