互联网企业财务风险评价研究

摘要

互联网产业已渗透到国民经济的各个领域，成为支撑国家经济发展的重要部分。目前，产业结构升级和科技革命进入新阶段，要进一步加强互联网企业的新经济推动作用。但是，在有良好发展机会的同时，随着中国市场经济进程的深化，互联网企业数量的增加和有限资源之间的矛盾使得市场竞争非常激烈。另外，随着全球经济一体化的推进，中国的互联网企业不仅受到国内市场经济环境变化的影响，而且受到国外互联网企业的竞争压力。从而，由于外部宏观环境中不确定因素的增加，互联网企业的经营发展越来越受到不利因素的影响。于是，与一般企业不同，互联网企业由于特殊的商业模式和变幻莫测的发展前景等原因，很容易产生财务风险，如果不重视的话，很有可能对互联网企业今后的健康成长产生严重影响。因此，为了促进互联网企业的稳定运营以及今后的健康发展，对其财务风险进行评价与控制显得十分必要。本文以互联网企业为研究对象，运用现代企业财务风险相关理论对互联网企业在定性分析的基础上，运用层次分析法对互联网企业的财务风险现状进行分析研究，提出建议。

Abstract

TheInternetindustryhaspermeatedallareasofthenationaleconomyandbecomeanimportantpartofsupportingthecountryseconomicdevelopment.Atpresent,industrialstructureupgradingandtechnologicalrevolutionareenteringanewphase,andtheneweconomicdrivingroleofInternetenterpriseshastobefurtherstrengthened.However,whiletherearegoodopportunitiesfordevelopment,asChinasmarketeconomyprocessdeepens,thecontradictionbetweentheincreaseinthenumberofInternetenterprisesandlimitedresourcesmakesthemarketverycompetitive.Inaddition,withtheadvancementofglobaleconomicintegration,Chineseinternetcompaniesarenotonlyaffectedbythechangesinthedomesticmarketandeconomicenvironment,butalsobythecompetitivepressurefromforeigninternetcompanies.Thereby,thebusinessdevelopmentofInternetenterprisesisincreasinglyaffectedbyunfavourablefactorsduetotheincreaseofuncertaintiesintheexternalmacroenvironment.Thus,unlikeordinaryenterprises,Internetenterprisesarepronetofinancialrisksduetotheirspecialbusinessmodelsandunpredictabledevelopmentprospects,which,ifnottakenseriously,arelikelytohaveaseriousimpactonthehealthygrowthofInternetenterprisesinthefuture.Therefore,inordertopromotethestableoperationandfuturehealthydevelopmentofInternetenterprises,itisnecessarytoevaluateandcontroltheirfinancialrisks.ThispapertakesInternetenterprisesasthere
