摘要

拓展素质教育是当今教育界的命题，谋求每位学生的发展是我们的目标。但伴随个人与外界的种种原因，学困生的基数不断增长。数学以其独特的学科特点，成为学困生的重灾区。数困生的形成与转化研究便成为当前亟待解决的热点。本文的主要研究内容如下：

第一部分：了解当前的学困生的学习背景、确定具体研究的方法和挖掘研究的意义所在。

第二部分：参考国内外学困生的诊断研究，提出本文的具体界定；研究国内外对学困生与数困生的转化研究。

第三部分：调研滨州实验学校实例，通过采用多维度，综合性的实地研究方法来对初中生中的数困生进行成绩分析、师生访谈、问卷调查等。

第四部分：小结与意义
