摘要

洗米机是一种粮食加工机械,用于洗米的装置。本设计的螺旋洗米机由电动机、水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器、机架等结构组成。米由进料口进入洗米机,经过螺旋轴的输送进行揉搓洗涤,水流与米流逆流流动,米中的漂浮杂质在此过程中漂浮,与洗涤的浊水一起从溢流口排出,达到洗米的目的。其结构简单,占地面积小,集搓米、洗米、除去漂浮杂质、砂石等为一体,用水量少洗涤效果好,是一种高效的连续洗米机,是食堂、大型饭店、快餐中心等较为理想的粮食洗涤机械。

本设计拟订了洗米机的总体结构方案,进行了运动和动力参数的计算,完成了水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器传动、机架等结构设计。
