电子商务安全问题研究

摘要：电子商务安全问题对于电子商务甚至是互联网计算机来说都是必须解决的难题和挑战。

在如今互联网大数据时代的现实背景下，各国将发展电子商务提到了战略高度。我国也颁布

了一些政策法律文件来促进电子商务的快速发展，加之电子商务平台的出现，促进大量商家

和消费者选择线上模式，在此类发展趋势下，电子商务飞速发展，但随之而来的是个人信息

泄露、盗用等一系列安全问题的发生。本文选取了京东商城作为研究对象，以京东商城发生

安全问题的相关事件为研究依据，分析关于电子商务计算机病毒、交易信用安全、信息窃取

和恶意破坏三个方面的问题。从技术和管理两大方面着手，提出对于当前电子商务安全问题

改善的对策和建议，旨在为京东商城以及我国电子商务关于安全问题的完善提供一定的参考

与借鉴。希望通过不断完善的体制、不断的技术开发和革新、政府的大力支持，为我国电子

商务的健康发展创造出良好的环境，同时也为今后的新问题和挑战打下了坚实的基石。

countrieshaveraisedthedevelopmentofe-commercetoastrategicheight.Ourcountryalsoissued

somepolicylegaldocumentstopromotetherapiddevelopmentofelectroniccommerce,combined

withtheemergenceofe-commerceplatform,promotealargenumberofbusinessesandconsumers

chooseonlinemode,undersuchdevelopmenttrend,rapiddevelopmentofelectroniccommerce,but

followedbypersonalinformationleakage,theftandaseriesofsecurityproblems.Thispaperselects

JingdongMallastheresearchobject,basedontherelevanteventsofthesecurityproblems,and

analyzesthethreeaspectsofe-commercecomputervirus,transactioncreditsecurity,information

theftandmaliciousdestruction.Fromthetwoaspectsoftechnologyandmanagement,the

countermeasuresandsuggestionsfortheimprovementofcurrente-commercesecurityproblems,

aimingtoprovidesomereferenceandreferencefortheimprovementofJingdongMall
