摘要

本论文摘要旨在概括研究的核心内容和主要发现，通过对残疾人定义及中外残疾人保障制度的比较，揭示残疾人就业与权益保障的现状及其未来趋势。研究发现，残疾人就业面临多重困境，权益保障也存在不足，同时，中外在残疾人保障制度上存在差异，但共同目标都是保障残疾人权益。论文进一步分析残疾人就业与权益保障存在的问题，并提出完善保障制度、促进无障碍就业的建议，这些建议旨在改善残疾人就业环境，提升他们的社会地位，实现社会公平与和谐，通过本论文的研究，我们期望为残疾人权益保障和就业促进贡献新的思考和策略。

Abstract

Thepurposeofthisabstractistosummarizethecorecontentandmainfindingsofthestudy,andtorevealthecurrentsituationandfuturetrendoftheemploymentandprotectionoftherightsandinterestsofpersonswithdisabilitiesthroughthedefinitionofpersonswithdisabilitiesandthecomparisonofChineseandforeigndisabilityprotectionsystems.Thestudyfoundthattheemploymentofpersonswithdisabilitiesfacesmultipledifficulties,andtheprotectionoftheirrightsandinterestsisalsoinsufficient,andtherearedifferencesintheprotectionsystemsofpersonswithdisabilitiesbetweenChinaandforeigncountries,butthecommongoalistoprotecttherightsandinterestsofpersonswithdisabilities.Thispaperfurtheranalyzestheexistingproblemsintheemploymentandprotectionoftherightsandinterestsofthedisabled,andputsforwardsuggestionsforimprovingthesecuritysystemandpromotingbarrier-freeemployment,whichaimstoimprovetheemploymentenvironmentofthedisabled,enhancetheirsocialstatus,andachievesocialfairnessandharmony.
