广州中医药大学女大学生课余体育锻炼情况调查与分析

【摘要】女大学生体育兴趣的培养在体育教育改革中占有重要地位,其关系到女大学生身体健康的发展，同时，对于女大学生体育兴趣的培养也是中学生自觉性、积极性重要的形成因素，这关系到女大学生的健康发展和素质教育的全面实施，具有重大的现实意义。

本文以广州中医药大学女生为调查对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法数理统计法、实地调查法对影响女大学生体育活动及体育兴趣程度、女大学生参与体育活动的主要动机、女大学生感兴趣的体育运动项目、女大学体育课构以及影响学生体育兴趣的可能的消极因素进行分析，并在此基础上，提出提女大学生体育兴趣的相关对策，从体育教师的角度、学校管理者的角度和中学教育环境的角度更好地帮助女大学生的体育兴趣的培养。

【Abstract】Thecultivationoffemalecollegestudentssportsinterestoccupiesanimportantpositioninthephysicaleducationreform,itsrelationshiptothedevelopmentoffemalecollegestudentshealth,atthesametime,forthecultivationoffemalecollegestudentssportsinterestismiddleschoolstudentsconsciousness,enthusiasmimportantfactors,itisrelatedtothehealthydevelopmentoffemalecollegestudentsandthefullimplementationofqualityeducation,hasgreatpracticalsignificance.

ThispaperinGuangzhouuniversityofChinesemedicinegirlsasthesurveyobject,usingliteraturemethod,questionnairesurveymathematicalstatistics,fieldsurveytoinfluencethefemalecollegestudentssportsandsportsinterestdegree,themainmotivationoffemalecollegestudentstoparticipateinsportsactivities,femalecollegestudentsinterestedinsports,femaleuniversityphysicaleducationandstudentssportsinterestinpossiblenegativefactorsareanalyzed,andonthisbasis,putforwardtherelevantcountermeasuresoffemalecollegestudentsinterestinsports,fromtheperspectiveofphysicaleducationteachers,schooladministratorsandmiddleschooleducationenvironmenttobetterhelpfemalecollegestudentssportsinterest.
