摘要

规则教育是幼儿园教育中不可忽视的一项重要教育内容。在幼儿园的一日生活活动过程中，规则教育能够促进幼儿规范行为的养成和规则意识的建立，促进幼儿的身心健康成长。本研究从规则教育实施的角度出发，对幼儿园活动中规则教育的实施现状进行观察分析，探究幼儿园规则教育的实施现状中体现出的教师规则教育观，找出其中的问题，从而提出更有针对的教育建议。

本研究选取了X市X幼儿园中班12名教师和104名幼儿作为研究对象，通过理论探究和实践观察，综合运用文献分析法、观察法、访谈法和案例分析法，定性研究与定量研究相结合，对幼儿园规则教育中的规则教育内容、规则教育的实施方式、规则教育的实施途径和规则教育的效果等方面进行观察分析。经研究发现，幼儿园规则教育的实施现状中存在以下问题：幼儿园个别规则内容制定不合理；规则教育方式单一，且负面化教育方式偏多；规则教育途径不够均衡。最后针对本研究中发现的问题提出了如下教育建议：树立正确的规则教育观念；规则教育的内容应符合幼儿的身心发展特点；综合运用多种规则教育方式；均衡运用多种规则教育途径；建立有利于加强规则教育效果的环境。

Abstract

Ruleeducationisanimportanteducationalcontentthatcannotbeignoredinkindergarteneducation.Intheprocessofdailylifeactivitiesinkindergarten,ruleeducationcanpromotethecultivationofchildrensstandardizedbehaviorandtheestablishmentofruleconsciousness,andpromotechildrensphysicalandmentalhealthygrowth.Fromtheperspectiveoftheimplementationofruleseducation,thisstudyobservesandanalyzestheimplementationstatusofruleseducationinkindergartenactivities,explorestheconceptofteacherruleseducationreflectedintheimplementationstatusofkindergartenruleseducation,findsouttheproblems,soastoputforwardmoretargetededucationalsuggestions.

ThisstudyselectedXcityXkindergartenclass12teachersand104childrenasaresearchobject,throughthetheoryexplorationandpracticeobservation,theintegrateduseofliteratureanalysis,observation,interviewandcaseanalysis,qualitativeresearchandquantitativeresearch,therulesoftherulesofeducation,theimplementationofeducationandtheeffectofeducation.Thestudyshowsthatthefollowingproblemsexistintheimplementationofkindergartenruleseducation:theformulationofindividualrulesisunreasonable;theruleseducationmodeissingle,andthenegativeeducationmodeismany;theruleseducationwayisnotbalanced.Finally,accordingtotheproblemsfoundinthisstudy,thefollowingeducationalsuggestions
