摘要

我国刚刚加入世贸组织不久，作为国民经济三大支柱之一的中国建筑业，正面临前所未有的大好机遇和严峻挑战。中国建筑业如何提高工程管理水平、加强企业竞争优势已成为知识界研究的热点。工程项目管理集中反映在工程进度、成本和质量三个方面，三者之间相互依存、相互影响，形成一个辩证的统一体。工程项目进度管理是工程项目管理的重要组成部分，也是工程项目管理中矛盾比较突出的问题在保证工程质量前提下，降低工程成本，加快施工进度，确定合理工期实现，对提升建筑企业的竞争优势具有十分重要的意义。

论文回顾了建设项目施工进度控制问题的国内外发展情况，介绍了项目管理的基本概念、特点、管理原则和知识体系，阐述了项目进度管理的内容和有关方法。论文从控制目标的确定、进度计划的编制和网络计划的优化等几个方面对施工项目进度控制方法进行了研究，分析了我国目前施工进度控制方法的优、缺点，指出进度控制应结合成本控制，实行进度/成本综合控制方法。

ABSTRACT

NotlongafterChinajoinedtheWTO,Chinasconstructionindustry,asoneofthethreepillarsofthenationaleconomy,isfacingunprecedentedopportunitiesandseverechallenges.HowtoimprovethelevelofprojectmanagementandstrengthenthecompetitiveadvantageofenterprisesinChinasconstructionindustryhasbecomeahottopicofintellectualresearch.Theprojectmanagementisreflectedinthethreeaspectsofprojectprogress,costandquality,andthethreeareinterdependentandmutuallyinfluencingtoformadialecticalunity.Projectprogressmanagementisanimportantpartofprojectmanagement,butalsoaproblemintheprojectmanagementofthecontradictionismoreprominent,underthepremiseofensuringthequalityoftheproject,reducethecostoftheproject,speeduptheconstructionprogress,determinethereasonableperiodofimplementation,toenhancethecompetitiveadvantageofconstructionenterprisesisofgreatsignificance.

Thispaperreviewsthedevelopmentofconstructionprogresscontrolofconstructionprojectsathomeandabroad,introducesthebasicconcepts,characteristics,managementprinciplesandknowledgesystemofprojectmanagement,andexpoundsthecontentandrelatedmethodsofprojectprogressmanagement.Thispaperstudiestheprogresscontrolmethodsofconstructionprojectsfromtheaspectsofthedeterminationofcontrolobjectives,thepreparationofscheduleandtheoptimizationofnetworkplans,analyzestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthecurrentconstructionprogres
