摘要

本论文以乌鲁木齐儿童福利中心为例，探讨了新疆公共建筑空间本土化设计的重要性和实践方法。通过分析该中心的建筑特点、功能需求以及地域文化背景，提出了在设计过程中应注重以下几个方面：一是融入本土建筑元素，如传统建筑形式、装饰图案等，以增强建筑与当地环境的融合性；二是考虑气候条件，在建筑的功能布局、立面设计和材料选择上进行合理调整，以提高建筑的舒适性和能源效益；三是关注用户需求，根据儿童的身心特点和活动需求，设计相应的空间功能和布局，创造有利于他们成长和发展的环境；四是注重可持续性，通过运用可再生能源、节水系统等绿色设计策略，降低建筑的环境影响，推动可持续发展。最后，通过对乌鲁木齐儿童福利中心的本土化设计实践进行评价分析，验证了本土化设计对于公共建筑空间的重要性，并为未来类似项目的设计提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract

ThisstudyusestheUrumqiChildrensWelfareCenterasacasestudytoinvestigatethesignificanceandactionabletechniquesforadaptingthedesignofpublicfacilityareastotheregion-specificcontextofXinjiang.Byanalyzingthearchitecturalcharacteristics,functionalrequirements,Takingintoaccounttheculturalheritageoftheareasurroundingthefacility,itisrecommendedthatparticularconsiderationbegiventovariouselementsduringtheplanningphase:initially,themergerofindigenousarchitecturalfeatures,fromcustomarybuildingshapestoornamentalmotifs,couldsignificantlycontributetothestructuresharmonywithitslocalmilieu;Inaddition,byevaluatingtheprevalentclimaticconditions,necessaryalterationscanbestrategicallyimplementedintheorganizationofspaceswithinthestructure,theoutwardappearance,andthechoiceofmaterialstobolsterboththecomfortandeco-friendlinessoftheedifice;Moreover,itisessentialtocatertotheexpectationsoftheusers,configuringthespatialorganizationandfunctionstoalignwiththepsychologicalandphysicalattributesofchildren,aswellastheiractivities,therebyfosteringanenvironmentthatsupportstheirwell-beingandevolution;Lastly,anemphasisonenduringdesignprinciplesispivotal.Throughtheimplementationofeco-friendlydesignapproaches,includingtheutilizationofalternativeenergysourcesandsystemsforconse
