Abstract

Standardpreventivecompliancereferstothedegreeandfrequencytowhichindividualsororganizationsfollowstandardpreventivemeasuresintheiractualwork,anditisakeylinkinensuringsafetyandhealth.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethecurrentstatusandinfluencingfactorsofstandardpreventioncomplianceamonginternnursingstudents.Collectdataandconductstatisticalanalysisthroughquestionnairesurveysandinterviewswithinternnursingstudents.Theresultsshowedthatinternnursingstudentshadacertaindegreeofdeficiencyinstandardpreventioncompliance,mainlymanifestedininsufficientadherencetostandardizedoperationsandprocesses,andinsufficientunderstandingoftheimportanceofinfectioncontrol.Inaddition,thefactorsthataffectthecomplianceofinternnursingstudentswithstandardpreventionmainlyincludepersonalfactors,occupationalfactors,andenvironmentalfactors.Personalfactorsincludeage,gender,education,professionalbackground,etc.Occupationalfactorsincludeworkexperience,workpressure,etc.Environmentalfactorsincludehospitalsystems,managementpolicies,etc.Intheanalysisofinfluencingfactors,personalfactorshavethemostsignificantimpactonthestandardpreventioncomplianceofinternnursingstudents,witheducationandprofessionalbackgroundhavinganimportantimpactoncompliance.Therefore,itisrecommendedthathospitalsstrengthenthetrainingandeducationofinternnursingstudents,increasetheirawarene
