我国金融监管体制存在的问题以及对策研究

摘要：金融业作为经济的主体范畴，国家经济的持续发展是离不开金融业的发展的。所以为了维持一个良好的金融市场同时提高我国的金融发展水平，做好金融监管工作是至关重要的。金融行业如果出现问题，金融监管起到的作用就变得尤为重要，金融监管可以有效的避免金融危机的发生。所以一个完善的金融监管体制是金融监管实施的重要前提，金融监管的有关工作施展是离不开金融监管体制的。本文着重分析我国目前金融监管体制的发展状况，加上国内以及国外前人的研究，了解各国不同时期金融监管体制的发展状况，借鉴其中的经验，并吸取其中可实践的内容，在明白和了解于我国国情之下，思考我国金融监管体制存在的不利因素，分析各个阶段我国金融监管体制的背景从而逐步分析我国金融监管的发展趋势和情况，发现我国金融监管体制现状中突出的问题，最后提出解决问题的对策。

Abstract：Financialindustryasthemaincategoryofeconomy,thesustainabledevelopmentofnationaleconomyisinseparablefromthedevelopmentoffinancialindustry.Therefore,inordertomaintainagoodfinancialmarketandimprovetheleveloffinancialdevelopmentinChina,itiscrucialtodoagoodjobinfinancialsupervision.Ifthereareproblemsinthefinancialindustry,financialregulationplaysaparticularlyimportantrole.Financialregulationcaneffectivelyavoidtheoccurrenceoffinancialcrisis.Therefore,asoundfinancialsupervisionsystemisanimportantprerequisitefortheimplementationoffinancialsupervision.Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentdevelopmentsituationofthefinancialregulatorysystem,combinedwithdomesticandforeignpredecessorsresearch,understandthedevelopmentoffinancialregulationindifferentperiods,drawlessonsfromtheexperience,andlearnthepracticecontent,theunderstandandunderstandingunderthesituationofourcountry,thinkofthefinancialregulatorysysteminourcountryadversefactors,analysisofthevariousstagesofthefinancialregulatorysysteminourcountrybackgroundandanalysisofdevelopmenttrendoffinancialregulationandthesituationinourcountrystepbystep,findprominentproblemsinthepresentsituationofChinasfinancialregulatorysystem,andputsforwardthecountermeasurestosolvetheproblem.
