Abstract:AsthenuclearpowerofChinaseconomicdevelopment,smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshaveadirectimpactonthelevelofnationaleconomicdevelopment.However,manyenterprisesstillfacedifficultiesinrecruitingworkers.Thisisthereasonwhyenterprisesshouldattracttalentsandusereasonableandeffectivemechanismtoretaintalents.
