Abstract：Inrecentyears,Chinassmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshavebecomeanimportantforceinbuildingsocialsubjectsandpromotingsocialstability,andoccupyanincreasinglyimportantpositioninthenationaleconomy.Smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinthedevelopmentofthesametimeisalsofacingchallenges,inordertoadapttothechangesinmarketdemand,reducecostsandensuretheeconomicbenefitsofenterpriseshavebecomeanecessarymeansforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestoseekdevelopment.Asanindispensableandimportantworkingcapitalofanenterprise,inventoryplaysanimportantroleinthedailyproductionandoperationofenterprises,whichcandirectlyaffectthecostandeconomicbenefitsofenterprises,andthemanagementofinventoryisanimportantstepforenterprisestoenhancetheircompetitivenessandseekdevelopment.

Chinassmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesininventorymanagementtherearestillmanyshortcomings,forexample,inventorybacklogisserious,inventoryaccountingmethodsareold,inventorymanagementsystemisnotperfect.Theexistenceoftheseproblemsaffectsthedevelopmentofenterprises,therefore,itisurgenttoimprovethelevelofinventorymanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises.TakingGuangzhouHanghaoDigitalTechnologyCo.,Ltd.asanexample,thispaperanalyzestheinventorymanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises,andputsforwardrelevantimprovementmeasuresfortheproblem,withaviewtoprovidingsubstantialreferenceforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisestoimprovethelevelofinventorymanagement,andhelpingestingthelong-termdevelopmentofhealthanddevelopment.
