Abstract

Thispaperaimstodesignasmalltabletpress,andmakeadetailedanalysisanddesignofitskeyinstitutions.Thispaperfirstsummarizesthebasicconceptofsmalltabletpressandthecurrentresearchsituationathomeandabroad,andputsforwardthedesignideasandmethods.Subsequently,thedesignrequirementsofsmallpress,includingdatarequirementsandresearchmethods.Throughthethoroughanalysisoftheprocess,thedecompositionoftheprocessaction,themotionanalysisandfunctionaldecomposition.

Inthestageofschemeproposalandcomparison,thispaperanalyzeseachfunctionalunitindetail,andconductsschemeanalysisandpreliminaryscreening,andfinallythebestschemeisdeterminedthroughcomparisonandevaluation.Thedesignofdecelerationsystemisoneofthefocusofthispaper,includingtheselectionofmotor,thedeterminationoftransmissionratioandgeardesignandproofreading.Inaddition,the3Ddesignprocessofupperpunchmechanismandlowerstrokemechanism,includingthestructuredeterminationofgearbox,six-rodmechanismdesign,campartdesignandmodelingandsimulationdesignofmechanismparts.Throughtheresearchofthispaper,wehavesuccessfullydesignedasmalltabletpresswithperfectfunctionandstableperformance,whichprovidesausefulreferencefortheresearchandapplicationinrelatedfields.
