职教集团视角下高职校企共同体建设对策探析

摘要目前，我国产教融合已进入深水期，如何促进产教融合获得实质性进展、高质量发展，成为职业教育改革

成败的关键。文章以《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》为指导，从理论研究和实践现状两个维度，通过

文献调查法、实际调查法，探讨了职教集团视角下高职校企共同体建设的功能属性，分析了建设高职校企共同体

建设的对策。本研究的目的在于通过进一步探讨新职业教育发展形势之下校企共同体深化建设的策略，展现出

职业教育为地方经济发展服务所发挥的作用，为《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的顺利实施提供理论借鉴。

AbstractAtpresent,theintegrationofindustryandeducationinChinahasenteredadeepstage.Howtopromote

substantialprogressandhigh-qualitydevelopmentofindustryeducationintegrationhasbecomethekeytothesuccessor

failureofvocationaleducationreform.BasedontheguidanceofOpinionsonPromotingtheHighQualityDevelopment

ofModernVocationalEducation,thisarticleexploresthefunctionalattributesoftheconstructionofvocationalschool

enterprisecommunitiesfromtheperspectiveofvocationaleducationgroupsfromtwodimensions:theoreticalresearch
