1例胃癌免疫治疗引发重度DKA伴肠梗阻并发肺炎的中西医结合护理体会

chinaXiv:202310.03423v1【摘要】总结1例抗PD-1治疗胃腺癌先后继发重度DKA伴急性肠梗阻合并肺炎患者的护理内容，护理要点包括：病情监测、恶心呕吐护理、知识缺乏等一般护理措施，本例患者护理重难点为并发肠梗阻和ICPis相关糖尿病，针对此采取中西医结合护理及相对应的护理措施。在医护一体化模式下，经精心治疗和护理，患者住院56d后，各项生命体征恢复正常，病情好转出院。规范了我科处理酮症

【Abstract:】:ThispapersummarizedthenursingcontentsofacaseofsevereDKAwithacute

intestinalobstructioncomplicatedwithpneumoniasecondarytogastricadenocarcinomatreatedwithanti-PD-1.Themainpointsofnursingincluded:diseasemonitoring,nauseaandvomitingnursing,lackofknowledgeandothergeneralnursingmeasures.ThekeyanddifficultpointsofnursingforthiscasewerecomplicatedwithobstructionandICPisrelateddiabetes.Therefore,integratedtraditionalChineseandwesternmedicinenursingandcorrespondingnursingmeasuresweretaken.Undertheintegratedmedicalandnursingmodel,aftercarefultreatmentandcare,thepatientsvitalsignsreturnedtonormal

after56daysofhospitalization,andtheirconditionimprovedandtheyweredischarged.Wehavestandardizedthenursingprocessfortreatingacuteepisodesofketoacidosisinourdepartment,
