健康教育联合强化膳食纤维饮食护理对高尿酸血症患者的影响研究

【摘要】目的浅析高尿酸血症患者临床治疗中加入健康教育联合强化膳食纤维饮食护理对于提升临床疗效的价值。方法样本对象为90例于2022年7月至2023年6月期间在我科室接受治疗的高尿酸血症患者，按照随机数据法分为对照及观察组。对照组接受常规的护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育联合强化膳食纤维饮食护理，对比两组健康知识知晓率、血脂水平以及血尿酸水平。结果观察组患者对于疾病的诱因、危险行为、预防知识等相关知识知晓程度均高于对照组；观察组的甘油三酯、总胆固醇等水平低于对照组；观察组的血尿酸水平低于对照组。结论高尿酸血症患者治疗过程中加强健康教育和饮食护理可有效控制疾病发展，利于患者健康，值得推荐使用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzethevalueofincorporatinghealtheducationandstrengtheningdietaryfiberdietcareintheclinicaltreatmentofpatientswithhyperuricemiainimprovingclinicalefficacy.MethodsThesamplesubjectswere90patientswithhyperuricemiawhoreceivedtreatmentinourdepartmentfromJuly2022toJune2023.Theywererandomlydividedintocontrolandobservationgroupsaccordingtothedatamethod.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingintervention,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedhealtheducationcombinedwithenhanceddietaryfiberdietcareonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theawarenessrateofhealthknowledge,bloodlipidlevels,andblooduricacidlevelswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsTheobservationgrouphadahigherlevelofawarenessofthecauses,dangerousbehaviors,andpreventionknowledgerelatedtothediseasecomparedtothecontrolgroup;Thelevelsoftriglyceridesandtotalcholesterolintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup;Theblooduricacidlevelintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup.ConclusionStrengtheninghealtheducationanddietarycareduringthetreatmentofhyperuricemiapatientscaneffectivelycontroldiseaseprogression,promotepatienthealth,andisrecommendedforuse.
