健康教育联合心理护理在白癜风患者中的应用效果

【摘要】目的分析对白癜风患者应用健康教育联合心理护理的作用。方法将2021年5月-2023年5月于我

院就诊的白癜风患者90例，以简单随机法分45例为对照组实施常规护理，另外45例为观察组则增加健康教育

联合心理护理，对比两组患者负性心理改善和护理依存性；结果护理前，观察组患者HAMA焦虑、HAMD抑郁

等负性心理情况观察指标差异不显著，p﹥0.05,护理后观察组HAMA焦虑评分、HAMD抑郁评分更低，同时观

察组患者护理依存性优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论健康教育联合心理护理护理可改善患者心理负性情

况，增加疾病治疗了解，利于患者自护意识提高和护理依存。

45casesascontrolgroupbysimplerandommethod,andtheother45casesasobservationgroupwereaddedwithhealth

educationcombinedwithpsychologicalnursing.Negativepsychologicalimprovementandnursingdependencewere

comparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsBeforenursing,theobservationgrouphadnosignificantdifferencesinHAMA

anxiety,HAMDdepressionandothernegativepsychologicalindicators(p0.05);afternursing,theobservationgrouphad

lowerHAMAanxietyscoresandHAMDdepressionscores;meanwhile,thenursingdependenceofpatientsinthe

observationgroupwasbetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,withsignificantdifferences(P0.05).ConclusionHealth

educationcombinedwithpsychologicalnursingcanimprovethepsychologicalnegativeconditionofpatients,increasethe

understandingofdiseasetreatment,andhelppatientsimprovetheirself-careawarenessandnursingdependency.
