本周是又一个老题，出现于2015年5月55日亚太区，今年又来。这个题目是一个双边讨论，要求考生对两个观点都进行分析和展开并结合自己的论述给出自己的看法。在第一个观点中，little和nothing两个词太过于绝对，很多烤鸭就觉得要反驳，然而一旦这一段进行了反驳就会发现下一段要写的内容和上一段的居然重复了，尴尬！所以双边讨论尽量都站在各自观点角度上进行分析，看看这个观点背后的原因是什么，这样好写。

这篇要写好，无非就是分析历史对人们的意义和无用的两方面：

意义：

1.理解我们的文化；传统；

2.从而拥有归属感；

3.反思过去，提醒今人别再犯以前的错误。

无用之处：

1.无趣且对日常生活没用；

2.历史事件众说纷纭，让人摸不清真实情况。

Onthecontrary,learninghistoryshedslightonhowourowncultureandtraditionhaveevolvedoverthecenturies.Notonlydoesithighlightourculturebutitalsogivesusasenseofbelongingthathelpsustounite.Historyalsoremindsusaboutsometragiceventslikeholocaustandracialdiscrimination.Itisimportantforpeopletoremembertheseeventsinordertohonourthememoriesofthevictimsandalsotoensurethattheywillneverhappenagain.
