荣成清大教育人力资源管理现状及优化策略研究
摘要
“少年强，则国强”，教育是一个国家的根本。党的十九大作出了优先发展教育事业、加快教育现代化、建设教育强国的战略部署，充分体现了我国对教育的重视。随着国家对教育的重视，国民对教育的要求越来越高，传统的教育模式也越来越不能满足学生的学习需求和家长的要求，于是越来越多的教育辅导机构应运而生，在学生课余时间对学生的课业进行辅导。市面上的教辅机构层出不穷，但是质量却良莠不齐，首先在管理方面便有很大问题。目前大多数的教育辅导机构企业规模较小，规章制度不够完善，人才流动性大，人力资源管理方面有着各种各样的问题。
本文阐述了人力资源管理方面的国内外研究现状以及相关理论综述。本文以荣成清大教育为例，概述其管理现状，部门职能结构，通过其目前发展状况阐述其在人力资源管理方面存在的问题，从招聘、培训、考核和奖惩制度四个方面出发，发现问题，解决问题，对其管理方法进行优化，完善相关制度，对其他同类型的教育机构有借鉴作用。

Abstract
Whentheyoungarestrong,thecountryisstrong.educationisthefoundationofacountry.The19thnationalcongressofthecommunistpartyofChina(CPC)adoptedthestrategicplanofgivingprioritytothedevelopmentofeducation,acceleratingthemodernizationofeducationandbuildingChinaintoapowerfulcountryineducation,whichfullydemonstratestheimportanceChinaattachestoeducation.Withthecountrysemphasisoneducation,thenationaldemandforeducationisgettinghigherandhigher,andthetraditionaleducationmodelisincreasinglyunabletomeetstudentslearningneedsandparentsdemands.Therefore,moreandmoreeducationalguidanceinstitutionsemergeatthehistoricmomenttoprovideguidanceforstudentsschoolworkintheirsparetime.Theeducationalauxiliaryorganizationonmarketemergesinendlessly,butthequalityisgoodandbadintermingledhowever,haveverybigprobleminmanagementrespectaboveall.Atpresent,mostoftheeducationandguidanceinstitutionsaresmallinscale,withimperfectrulesandregulations,largeturnoveroftalents,andvariousproblemsinhumanresourcemanagement.
