Preamble:
TheLenderagreestoloanacertainsumofmoneytotheBorrowerforthepurposeof[PurposeoftheLoan].Thepartiesherebyagreeasfollows:
Article1:Loan
1.1TheLenderagreestoloantotheBorrowerthesumof[LoanAmount](hereinafterreferredtoastheLoan).
Article2:Repayment
2.1TheBorrowershallrepaytheLoaninfullonorbefore[RepaymentDate].
2.2Anylaterepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatepaymentfeeof[LatePaymentFee]perday.
Article3:Interest
3.1InterestontheLoanshallbecalculatedatarateof[InterestRate]%perannum.
3.2Interestshallbepaidmonthlyinadvance.
Article4:Collateral
4.1TheBorrowershallprovidecollateralintheformof[DescriptionofCollateral]tosecuretheLoan.
Article5:TermsandConditions
5.1TheBorrowershallnottransferorassignthisLoanoranyrightsorobligationshereunderwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLender.
5.2FailurebytheBorrowertorepaytheLoaninfullorcomplywithanytermorconditionofthisContractshallconstituteabreachofContract,andtheLendershallhavetherighttoenforceitsrightsandremediesunderapplicablelaw.
Article6:Miscellaneous
6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
6.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifnosettlementisreached,thedisputeshallbereferredto[DisputeResolutionMechanism].
6.3ThisContractismadeinbothEnglishand[OtherLanguage],withtheEnglishversionbeingtheprevailingversionincaseofanydiscrepancies.
Article7:Disclosure
7.1TheBorrowershalldiscloseanychangeinfinancialconditionthatmayaffecttheabilitytorepaytheLoan.
Article8:Termination
8.1ThisContractshallterminateonthedatewhentheLoan
