铁路工程人工费标准组成内容的研究与探讨

摘要：铁路工程人工费标准调增后较现场工人实发工资仍不一致，同时人工费标准作为动态调价的基础，其组成

内容对人工费动态调整机制有较大影响，有必要深入研究人工费标准组成内容。通过调查对比其他行业人工费定

义和现场实发工资定义，找到铁路造价标准、其他行业造价标准及现场实发工资人工费组成内容的差异。分析人

工费组成内容中各项费用的合理性、适用性，提出更加科学合理、贴近现场实际的人工费标准组成内容调整建议。

Abstract:Aftertheadjustmentofrailwayengineeringlaborcoststandards,itisstillinconsistentwiththe

actualwagesofon-siteworkers.Atthesametime,asthebasisofdynamicpriceadjustment,the

compositionoflaborcoststandardshasasignificantimpactonthedynamicadjustmentmechanismoflabor

costs.Itisnecessarytoconductin-depthresearchonthecompositionoflaborcoststandards.By

investigatingandcomparingthedefinitionsoflaborcostsinotherindustriesandthedefinitionsofon-site

paidwages,wecanidentifythedifferencesinthecompositionoflaborcostsbetweenrailwaycost

standardsandotherindustrycoststandards,aswellason-sitepaidwages.Analyzetherationalityand

applicabilityofvariouscostsinthecompositionoflaborcosts,andproposemorescientificallyreasonable

andpracticalsuggestionsforadjustingthecompositionoflaborcoststandards.
