1.ContractingParties

2.ProductInformation
-TheproducttobepurchasedbyBuyerfromSelleris[ProductDescription].
-Theproductshallbemanufacturedinaccordancewiththespecificationsandqualitystandardsagreeduponbybothparties.
3.QuantityandPrice
-Thequantityoftheproducttobepurchasedis[Quantity].
-Theunitpriceoftheproductis[UnitPrice].
-Thetotalpriceoftheproductis[TotalPrice].
-PaymentshallbemadeinfullupondeliveryoftheproducttoBuyer.
4.Delivery
-Theproductshallbedeliveredto[DeliveryAddress]onorbefore[DeliveryDate].
-AlltransportationcostsaretobebornebySeller.
5.WarrantyandGuarantee
-Sellerguaranteesthattheproductisfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandshallreplaceorrepairanydefectiveproductwithinaperiodof[WarrantyPeriod].
-Sellershallprovideawrittenwarrantycertificatewiththeproduct.
6.InspectionandAcceptance
-BuyershallinspecttheproductuponreceiptandshallnotifySellerofanydefectsornon-conformitywithin[InspectionPeriod].
-TheproductshallbedeemedacceptedbyBuyerifnoobjectionsareraisedwithintheInspectionPeriod.
7.ForceMajeure
-Eitherpartyshallbeexemptedfromliabilityfornon-performanceordelayedperformanceofitsobligationsunderthiscontractifsuchnon-performanceordelayedperformanceiscausedbyeventsofforcemajeure,includingbutnotlimitedtowar,strike,lockout,naturaldisaster,orfailureofsuppliers.
