[Abstract]Objective：

Tostudythelevelofserumsomatostatin（SS），gastrin（GAS）

andinflammatoryfactors（TNF-α，IL-6）inelderlypatientswith

Helicobacterpylori（Hp）positivegastriculcerbyquadrupletherapy.

Impact.Method：

Atotalofeighty-sixpatientswithgastriculcertreatmentfrom

January2018toMarch2019wereselected，theyweredividedinto

experimentalgroupandcontrolgroupaccordingtorandomnumber

expressionmethod，43casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwas

treatedwithconventionaltherapyalone，oralFurazolidone，

AmoxicillinandEsomeprazole.Theexperimentalgroupwastreated

withPolyprezincincombinationwiththecontrolgroup.Throughurea

test，theHperadicationrate，totaleffectiverateandincidenceof

adversereactionswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Thelevels

ofserumSS，GASandinflammatoryfactoroftwogroupswere

observedandcompared.Result：

TheeradicationrateandtotaleffectiverateofHpinthe

experimentalgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrol

group，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant（P0.05）.There

wasnosignificantdifferenceintheincidenceofadversereactions

betweenthetwogroups（P0.05）.Aftertreatment，thelevelofSS

intheserumofHppatientsintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantly

higherthanthatinthecontrolgroup，thelevelofintheexperimental

groupGASwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup，thedifferences

werestatisticallysignificant（P0.05）.Theexperimentalgrouplevels

ofinflammatoryfactorsTNF-αandIL-6weresignificantlylowerthan

thoseinthecontrolgroup（P0.05）.Conclusion：
