Outdoor-mounted,air-cooledcondensingunitsuitableforon-the-groundorrooftopinstallation.Unitshallconsistofahermeticscrollair-conditioningcompressor(s)assembly,anair-cooledcoil,propeller-typecondenserfans,andacontrolbox.Unitshalldischargesupplyairupwardasshownoncontractdrawings.Unitshallbeusedinarefrigerationcircuitmatchedwithapackagedair-handlingunit.

QUALITYASSURANCE

UnitshallberatedinaccordancewithAHRIStandard340/360.

UnitconstructionshallcomplywithANSI/ASHRAE15safetycodelatestrevisionandcomplywithNEC.

UnitshallbeconstructedinaccordancewithUL?1995standardandshallcarrytheULandUL,Canadalabel.

Unitcabinetshallbecapableofwithstanding500hoursaltsprayexposureperASTMB117(scribedspecimen).

Air-cooledcondensercoilsforhermeticscrollcompressorunits38AUZand38AUDshallbeleaktestedat1034kPa(150psig),andpressuretestedat4482kPa(650psig).

UnitshallbemanufacturedinafacilityregisteredtoISO9001:2015manufacturingqualitystandard.

DELIVERY,STORAGE,ANDHANDLING

Unitshallbeshippedassinglepackageonly,andshallbestoredandhandledaccordingtounitmanufacturersrecommendations.
