ThisInternshipAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetweentheCompany(theEmployer)andtheIntern(theIntern)on[Date].
I.Parties
TheEmployer,acompanydulyorganizedandvalidlyexistingunderthelawsof[insertapplicablecountry/region],andtheIntern,astudentenrolledin[insertcollege/universityname],herebyagreetothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.
II.InternshipPeriod

III.PositionandResponsibilities

VI.IntellectualPropertyRights
AllintellectualpropertyrightsarisingfromtheworkperformedbytheInternduringtheinternshipshallbeownedbytheCompany.TheInternshallnotclaimanyownershiprightsoversuchintellectualproperty.
VII.ConfidentialityandNon-Solicitation
TheInternshallmaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheinternship.TheInternshallnot,duringoraftertheinternship,
