摘要

本文阐述了电压检测电路、电流检测电路的工作原理以及在该电路的版图设

计中基本器件。该电路采用了整流电路、分压电路、稳压电路、运算放大器、比

较器等电路组成，文中解释了上述电路的工作情况；在版图设计中用到的器件有

NPN、PNP晶体管，以及电阻，电容等器件。在第三章介绍了常用的三种版图制

作工艺以及详细介绍了本次版图所用的工艺和一些在做版图时需要注意的事项。

最后说明了版图设计流程和最终的完成的版图图片。本文着重介绍了电路工作情

况以及版图的基本器件。

ABSTRACT

Inthispaper,thevoltagedetectioncircuitandcurrentdetectioncircuitworks

andthelayoutofthecircuitdesignofthebasicdevice.Thiscircuitusesarectifier

circuit,voltagecircuits,regulatorcircuits,operationalamplifiers,comparatorsand

othercircuits,thepaperexplainstheworkofthecircuit;inthelayoutdesignofthe

devicesusedinaNPN,PNPtransistors,andresistors,Capacitorsandotherdevices.In

thethirdchapterdescribesthethreecommonlyusedmapproductionprocess,and

detailsthelayoutusedinthisprocessandsomedoneedtonotetheterritory.Finally,

weillustratethelayoutdesignprocessandthefinalcompletionofthemapimage.

Thisarticlefocusesontheworkofthecircuitandthelayoutofthebasicdevice.
