生物样本库自动化存储设备的应用及其不同品牌设备比较*

[摘要]生物样本库自动化存储设备分为自动化样品分装系统(设备)和自动化样本存储系统(设备)。生物样本库自动化存储
设备是融合生物样本实体、生物分子信息以及样本表型数据的综合资源库，对开展人类疾病的预测、诊断及治疗研究具有
不可替代的重要作用。通过对不同品牌生物样本库自动化存储设备的实际运用和市场调研，对基点生物(Genepoint)、原能
细胞(Origincell)、布鲁克斯(Brooks)、HighResBiosolutions、TTPLabTech、Liconic、哈美顿博纳图(Hamilton)以及
SmartFreezer8个品牌自动化存储设备进行比对，为使用单位更好地选择产品进行科学研究提供参考。

[Abstract]Theautomaticstorageequipmentofbiobankincludestwotypes:automaticsamplepackagingsystem
(equipment)andautomaticsamplestoragesystem(equipment).Theautomaticstorageequipmentsofbiobankisa
comprehensiveresourcedatabasethatincludedtheentitiesofbiologicalsample,theinformationofbiologicalmolecule
andthedataofsamplephenotype.Anditplaysanirreplaceableroleinimplementingtheresearchesofprediction,
diagnosisandtreatmentofhumandiseases.Throughreviewingthepracticalapplicationandmarketinvestigationfor
theautomaticstorageequipmentsofthebiobankofdifferentbrands,andcomparingtheautomaticstorageequipments
ofeightbrandsincludedGenepoint,Origincell,Brooks,HighResBiosolutions,TTPLabTech,Liconic,Hamiltonand
SmartFreezer,toprovidereferencesforinstitutionsandorganizationswhichcanbetterselectthiskindsofproductsto
