UsefulSentenceandExpressionsB.TicketRefundRegulation：退票规定1.SingleJourneyTicketRefundRegulations:Norefundwillbemadeforsuchkindoftickets(exceptforthereasonsarisingfromthesubway).单程票：一经售出概不退票（地铁原因除外）。2.StoredValueTicketRefundRegulations:TicketRefundwillbemadewiththepresentationofStoredValueTicketandtheGuaranteePaymentInvoice.储值票：凭普通储值票及押金发票退票。

UsefulSentenceandExpressions1）IftheStoredValueTickethasn’tbeendamaged(i.etheappearanceofthetickethasn’tbeenchangedmuch,forexample,withoutfolding,rupturing,doodlingandsticking,etc),theguaranteepaymentshouldberefundedtothepassenger.普通储值票未损坏的（是指车票外观未出现较大改变，例如：折叠、断裂、涂写，张贴等），押金退还乘客。2）IftheStoredValueTickethasbeendamaged,theguaranteepaymentwillnotberefunded.储值票损坏的，押金不予退还。

UsefulSentenceandExpressions3）IftheremainingvalueontheStoredValueTicketcanbedetermined,thentheremainingvalueshouleberefundedtothepassenger;cannotbedetermined,thenthelossshouldbebornebythepassenger.能查询到储值票车票余值的，将车票余值退还乘客，不能查询到车票余值的，车票余值损失由乘客承担。
