Abstract

Inrecentyears,argumentativeteachinghasbecomearesearchhotspotinthefieldofscience

education.Thepurposeofconductingargumentativeteachinginclassistoletstudentsexperience

theprocessofscientificdiscoverysimilartoscientists,soastocultivatestudentsscientificliteracy

andargumentativeability.Inargumentativeteaching,itisparticularlyimportanttoselect

appropriateargumentativematerials.Socialsciencetopicsareverysuitableforargumentative

materialsbecauseoftheirinherentcontroversialandopencharacteristics.However,thereisstilla

lackofpracticalresearchonargumentativeteaching,especiallyinhighschoolbiologyclassroom,

andthepracticalresearchontheintegrationofsocialscienceissuesandargumentativeteachingis

veryrare.Therefore,usingthemethodsofliteratureresearchandquestionnairesurvey,thecurrent

situationofargumentativeteachinginhighschoolbiologyclasseswasinvestigatedandanalyzed,

theargumentativeteachingmodelbasedonSSIwasconstructed.UsingEducational

experiment,theargumentativeteachingpracticeinhighschoolbiologyclasswascarriedout.

Firstofall,byreferringtorelevantliterature,thispaperanalyzes,summarizesand

summarizestheconcepts,connotationandcurrentsituationofdemonstration,argumentative

teachingandSSI,anddefinestheconceptsofdemonstration,argumentativeteachingandSSI,and

expoundstherelevanttheoreticalbasis.
