Article6:RiskandInsurance

TheriskoflossordamagetotheproductsduringtransportationshallbebornebyPartyB.PartyBshallalsoarrangeforinsuranceoftheproductsagainstsuchrisks.

Article7:WarrantyandGuarantee

PartyBguaranteesthattheproductsshallbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandshallmeetthespecificationsmentionedinArticle3.Incaseofanydefects,PartyBshallreplaceorrepairtheproductsatitsowncost.

Article8:TerminationofContract

ThisContractcanbeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingwrittennoticetotheotherparty.However,theterminatingpartyshallberesponsibleforanylossesincurredbytheotherpartyduetosuchtermination.
