全球石油市场波动对石油化工企业
经营战略的影响研究

摘要：文章深入研究全球石油市场波动对石油化工企业经营战略的影响，通过分析石油市场波动特征及成因，构建系统
动力学模型，以某大型石化企业为例，模拟油价骤升、骤降等情景下财务指标的动态响应。结果显示，油价波动通过成本
端、需求端和资本端等多个维度对企业绩效产生非对称性影响。为此，文章提出优化原材料采购、调整产品结构、加强财
务风险管理和推进全球化经营等战略建议，以提高石化企业的风险管理能力，实现稳健发展。

Abstract:Thispaperinvestigatestheimpactofglobaloilmarketfluctuationsontheoperatingstrategiesofpetrochemical
enterprises.Byanalyzingthecharacteristicsandcausesofoilmarketfluctuations,asystemdynamicsmodelisconstructed.Take
alargepetrochemicalenterpriseasanexample,thepapersimulatesthedynamicresponseoffinancialindexunderthescenario
ofsuddenriseandfallofoilprice.Thesimulationresultsshowthatoilpricefluctuationsexertasymmetricimpactsonenterprise
performancethroughcost,demandandcapitalsides.Basedonthis,thepaperproposesstrategicrecommendations,including
optimizingrawmaterialprocurement,adjustingproductstructure,strengtheningfinancialriskmanagementandpromotingglobal
operations,toenhancetheriskmanagementcapacityofpetrochemicalenterprisesandachievesustainabledevelopment.
