新农科交叉融合学科实验室安全建设研究

摘要：结合农业强国发展需求，新农科建设融合不同学科门类布局新兴农科专业，建设大共享、多层次、全方位的交叉学

科实验室，开设创新性、探索性实验项目，但同时使不确定性安全风险增多，实验室安全风险等级增加。基于闭环管理基

本理论和实践要素，实验室安全管理各环节可以按照闭环式管理流程组装成前后贯通、周而复始、螺旋上升的全链条闭

环式循环，建立闭环式制度体系，构建实验室安全管理闭环式循环，不断提升科学化管理水平。

Abstract:Combinedwiththedevelopmentneedsofbuildingastrongagriculturalcountry,theconstructionofnewagricultural

scienceisintegratingdifferentdisciplinestosetupemergingagriculturalsciencemajors,developingwidelyshared,multi-leveland

omni-directionalinterdisciplinarylaboratories,offeringinnovativeandexploratoryexperimentprojects,butatthesametimethese

leadtoincreasesinuncertainsafetyriskandtheleveloflaboratorysafetyrisk.Basedonthebasictheoryandpracticalelements

ofclosed-loopmanagement,alllinksoflaboratorysafetymanagementcanbeassembledintoafull-chainclosed-loopcyclethatis

interconnected,iterativeandspiralingupaccordingtotheclosed-loopmanagementprocess,aclosed-loopsystemcanbeestablished,

aclosed-loopcycleoflaboratorysafetymanagementcanbebuilt,andthelevelofscientificmanagementcanbecontinuously

improved.
