Abstract：Thedeformationtestofgeotextilereinforcementtapeisalwaysaproblemwhichmainlyduetothestrainislargeandtheouterlayeroftapeissoftpolymerstructureinengineering.Thesensitivematerialswereobtainedbypolymerfilledwithnano-particlesconductivecarbonblack.Theplasticsheetswereprintedonthematerialbyprint?ingtechnologyandmadeintosensingelements.Thesensingpropertiesoffourdifferentplatesensorsweretestedbytensiletests.Theresultsshowedthatfourkindsofelementsatthesametimehavingatensilesensitivitythatthere?sistancevalueincreaseswithstrain，andmeetwiththerequirementsofgreaterstrainandmodulusmatching.ThePVCsensorelement’soverallperformancewasbestandwhichwasmoresuitableforthedeformationtestofgeotex?tilereinforcementtapeaccordingtocomparativeanalysis.Inaddition，thedevelopedsensorcanbemassproductionandthesensordoesnotneedtobeindividuallycalibrated.
