【摘要】目的：分析优质护理在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用价值。方法：将100例剖宫产产妇作为样本，研究在2022年10月—2024年9月实施，随机对照分组，对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施优质护理，每组50例。分析两组产妇不良情绪、母乳喂养情况、产后恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果：护理后，研究组不良情绪评分较对照组更低，P0.05；研究组母乳喂养情况较对照组更佳（P0.05）；研究组产后恢复各时间均较对照组更短，产后出血量较对照组更低，P0.05；与对照组相比，研究组并发症发生率更低（P0.05）。结论：优质护理的实施可以帮助产妇改善情绪状况，对产后母乳喂养有积极意义，加快产后恢复，降低并发症发生率，各院可加以推广及应用。

【Abstract】Objective：Toanalyzetheapplicationvalueofhigh-qualitynursinginthenursingofpostpartumwomenundergoingcesareansection.Methods：Using100postpartumwomenundergoingcesareansectionassamples，thestudywasimplementedfromOctober2022toSeptember2024.Theywererandomlydividedintotwogroups，thecontrolgroupimplementedroutinecare，andthestudygroupimplementedhighqualitycare，with50casesineachgroup.Thebadmood，breastfeedingstatus，postpartumrecoverystatus，andcomplicationratebetweenthetwogroupswereanalyzed.Results：Afternursing，theadversemoodscoresofthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，P0.05；Thebreastfeedingsituationinthestudygroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup（P0.05）；Thepostpartumrecoverytimeofthestudygroupwasshorterthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andtheamountofpostpartumbleedingwaslowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup，P0.05；Comparedwiththecontrolgroup，thecomplicationrateinthestudygroupwaslower（P0.05）.Conclusion：Theimplementationofhighqualitynursingcanhelpwomenimprovetheiremotionalstatus，havepositivesignificanceforpostpartumbreastfeeding，acceleratepostpartumrecoveryandreducecomplicationrate，whichcanbepromotedandappliedinvarioushospitals.
