【摘要】目的：探讨接尘作业对外周血象及肝功能指标的影响。方法：将2020年1月—2023年10月间我院接诊的接尘作业患者80例作为研究对象，设为观察组，另抽取80例健康体检人员设为对照组。两组均接受外周血象检测和肝功能检测。对比分析两组外周血象及肝功能指标，对比不同工龄患者外周血象及肝功能指标。结果：观察组患者红细胞、谷丙转氨酶和谷氨酰转肽酶均高于对照组，数据有统计学意义（P0.05）；30年工龄患者外周血象水平低于10年工龄患者和10～30年工龄患者，数据有统计学意义（P0.05）；30年工龄患者谷丙转氨酶水平低于10年工龄患者，同时谷氨酰转肽酶水平高于10年工龄患者，有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：接尘作业患者定期接受外周血象和肝功能检测可对早期组织损伤情况进行及时了解，预判病情发展趋势，临床价值较高，可在临床中广泛应用。
