装饰施工合同

根据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律法规的规定，甲乙双方在平等、自愿、公平和诚实信用的原则基础上，就乙方承接甲方装饰工程事宜，经友好协商，达成如下协议：

InaccordancewiththeContractLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandrelatedlawsandregulations,bothpartieshavereachedthefollowingagreementthroughfriendlynegotiationonthemattersofPartyBundertakingthedecorationprojectfromPartyAonthebasisofequality,willingness,fairness,andtheprinciplesofgoodfaithandcredibility.

一、工程概况OverviewoftheProject

工程内容：室内装饰工程，具体详见施工图。

ProjectContent:interiordecorationengineering,detailsareshownintheconstructiondrawings.

承包方式：包工包料，除固定生产设备及其配套附属设备以外的室内装饰工程全部由乙方负责。

ContractingMethod:Contractedlaborandmaterials.PartyBisresponsibleforallinteriordecorationworksexceptfixedproductionequipmentanditssupportingauxiliaryequipment.

工期要求：本工程自合同签订之日起计算，总工期为XX天。因甲方原因或不可预见因素导致工期延误的，乙方工期顺延。

TimeRequirement:Theprojectiscalculatedfromthedateofsigningthecontract,withatotaldurationofXXdays.IftheconstructionperiodisdelayedduetoreasonsattributabletoPartyAorunpredictablefactors,theconstructionperiodofPartyBshallbeextendedaccordingly.

质量要求及评定标准：本工程质量要求达到合格标准，具体要求详见施工图及说明。质量评定标准符合国家相关施工规范及标准。

QualityRequirementandEvaluationStandard:Thequalityrequirementofthisprojectshallmeetthequalifiedstandard.Thespecificrequirementsareshownintheconstructiondrawingsandinstructions.Thequalityevaluationstandardshallcomplywithrelevantnationalconstructionspecificationsandstandards.
