WaterTestingLaboratory实验室
Thelaboratoryshabesized,andhavefacilitiesandequipmentnecessarytoperform,
operationalanddistributiontestinginaccordancewithapplicablecodes,standards,safety
requirementsandstate-of-the-industrypractice.Operationaltestingshaincludethe
performanceoftests,inaccordancewithStandardMethodsprocedures,necessaryfor
controingday-to-operationssothattheplantwibeinconformancewithperformance
requirements.Operationaltestingincludesatestingrequiredtodetermineconformance
exceptheavymetalortraceelementtesting.Distributiontestingshaincludelaboratory
testingofsamplesfromthedistributionnetworks,inaccordancewithGOLrequirements
andStandardMethodsprocedures,necessaryfordeterminingthatwaterdeliveredtothe
tapsmeetstheapplicablecodesandstandards.
实验室应当具有必要的设备与分析仪器来按照有关标准与业界惯例进行运行测试
（Operationaltesting）与分布测试（Distributiontesting）。
运行测试包括效果测试，效果测试应当满足标准方法程序（StandardMethodsprocedures），
以满足水厂每日的控制设置，保证水处理结果符合标准。运行测试包括所有的此类测试，但
不包括重金属与微量元素测试。
分布测试应当包括从配水网络中提取样本的实验室测试，测试应当满足标准方法程序与莱索
托政府的有关规定，该测试用来确定处理后的自来水水质是否达到要求。
