【摘要】目的：探究和分析内镜下胃息肉切除术中运用综合护理干预的临效果。方法：择取50例内镜下胃息肉

切除术患者作为样本，入组时间段为2022年8月一2023年8月，采用数字表抽样法随机分为研究组(n=25)和对照

组(n=25)。对照组患者采用常规基础护理干预，研究组患者采用综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组术

后恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(Pv0.05)；护理干预后,研究组HAMA评分和HAMD评分均低于对照组(P0.05)；

研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05)；研究组护理满意度高于对照组(Pv0.05)o结论：内镜下胃息肉切除术中

采用综合护理干预可缩短患者术后恢复时间及住院时间，改善负面情绪，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，可推广

应用。

[Abstact]Objective：Toexploeandanalyzetheclinicaleffectofcompehensivenusinginteventionin

endoscopicesectionofgasticpolyps.Methods：50patientswhoundewentendoscopicesectionofgasticpolyps

lowethanthatofthecontolgoup(P0.05)；Thenusingsatisfactionofthestudygoupwashighethanthatofthe

contolgoup(P0.05).Conclusion：Theuseofcompehensivenusinginteventioninendoscopicpolypectomycan

shotenthepostopeativeecoveytimeandhospitalstayofpatients,impovenegativeemotions,educetheincidence

ofcomplications,andimpovenusingsatisfaction,whichcanbewidelyapplied.
