Ⅱ.Waterproofmeasuresfordeformationjoint;具体操作方法：

用特制钢筋箍加紧橡塑钢片止水带，使其准确居中，在封口处开宽90mm，深35mm的槽，具体与缝交接处放双组分聚硫橡胶，其余部分填聚苯板。在嵌双组分聚硫橡胶前，将缝两边基面的表面松动物及浮渣等凿除，清扫干净，并用砂浆找平，使其与变形缝两侧黏结牢固。槽体的槽帮涂四油两布双组分聚氨酯，槽体填EVA防水砂浆。

Therubberplasticsteelsheetwater-stopshallbetightenedwithaspecialreinforcementhooptomakeitaccuratelycentered.Agroovewithawidthof90mmandadepthof35mmshallbeopenedattheseal.Specifically,two-componentpolysulfiderubbershallbeplacedatthejointwiththejoint,andtherestshallbefilledwithpolystyreneboard.Beforeembeddingthetwo-componentpolysulfiderubber,chiselawaythelooseanimalsandscumonthesurfaceofthebasesurfaceonbothsidesofthejoint,cleanit,andlevelitwithmortartomakeitfirmlybondedtobothsidesofthedeformationjoint.Thegroovesideofthetankbodyiscoatedwithfouroilsandtwoclothtwo-componentpolyurethane,andthetankbodyisfilledwithEVAwaterproofmortar.

;施工质量保证措施：

1.保证施工缝粘贴止水条处混凝土表面光滑、平整、干净，施工凿毛时不被破坏。

2.止水条的安装确保“密贴、牢固、混凝土浇筑前无膨胀失效”，使用氯丁胶粘贴，并加钢钉固定，接头用氯丁胶斜面粘贴紧密。

3.止水带的安装确保“居中、平顺、牢固、无裂口脱胶”并在浇筑混凝土的过程中注意随时检查，防止止水带移位、卷曲。塑料止水带接头采取焊接。

Constructionqualityassurancemeasures:

1.Ensurethattheconcretesurfacewheretheconstructionjointispastedwiththewaterstopissmooth,flatandclean,andwillnotbedamagedduringconstructionchiseling.

2.Thewaterstopshallbeinstalledtoensurethatitiscloseandfirm,andthereisnoexpansionfailurebeforeconcretepouring.Itshallbepastedwithneopreneglueandfixedwithsteelnails.Thejointshallbepastedtightlywithneopreneinclinedplane.

3.Theinstallationofwater-stopshallbecentered,smooth,firmandfreefromcrackanddegumming,andshallbeinspectedatanytimeduringconcretep
