摘要

小学教育作为教育体系的基石，其现状与发展策略直接影响着学生个体潜能的挖掘与社会的整体进步。本研究通过综合文献综述、问卷调查及访谈等方法，系统剖析了我国小学教育的现状，发现教育资源分布不均、教学方法传统化、学生素质发展不均衡等问题日益凸显。针对这些问题，研究提出了多维度的对策与建议：首先，加强教育资源建设，优化资源配置，确保教育公平；其次，推进教学方法创新，引入探究式、合作式等新型教学模式，激发学生的主体性和创新性；再者，强化素质教育实施，注重学生创新能力、实践能力及人文素养的培养；同时，加强家校合作与沟通，构建家校共育的良好环境；最后，完善考试评价体系，建立全面、多元的评价机制，促进学生的全面发展。这些对策旨在为我国小学教育的改革与发展提供实践参考，助力其在新时代背景下实现更高质量的发展。

ABSTRACT

Asthecornerstoneoftheeducationsystem,primaryeducationscurrentsituationanddevelopmentstrategiesdirectlyaffecttheexplorationofindividualstudentspotentialandtheoverallprogressofsociety.ThisstudysystematicallyanalyzedthecurrentsituationofprimaryeducationinChinathroughcomprehensiveliteraturereview,questionnairesurvey,andinterviews.Itwasfoundthatproblemssuchasunevendistributionofeducationalresources,traditionalteachingmethods,andunevendevelopmentofstudentqualityarebecomingincreasinglyprominent.Toaddresstheseissues,multidimensionalstrategiesandsuggestionshavebeenproposed:firstly,strengtheningtheconstructionofeducationalresources,optimizingresourceallocation,andensuringeducationalequity;Secondly,promoteinnovationinteachingmethods,introducenewteachingmodelssuchasinquirybasedandcollaborativeapproaches,andstimulatestudentssubjectivityandinnovation;Furthermore,strengtheningtheimplementationofqualityeducation,emphasizingthecultivationofstudentsinnovativeability,practicalability,andhumanisticliteracy;Atthesametime,strengthencooperationandcommunicationbetweenfamiliesandschools,andbuildagoodenvironmentforfamilyschoolcoeducation;Finally,improvetheexaminationevaluationsystem,establishacomprehensiveanddiverseevaluationmechanism,andpromotetheall-rounddevelopmentofstudents.ThesemeasuresaimtoprovidepracticalreferenceforthereformanddevelopmentofprimaryeducationinChina,and
