摘要

本研究深入探讨了全球化背景下我国义务教育均衡发展的现状、问题与挑战，并提出了相应的策略与措施。通过对国内外研究现状的综合分析，本研究揭示了教育资源分配不均、师资力量薄弱以及教育质量差异是当前义务教育均衡发展的主要瓶颈。为解决这些问题，本研究建议政府应加大教育资源投入，优化资源配置，确保城乡、区域、校际之间教育资源的均衡分布；同时，提升师资力量素质，通过提高教师待遇、加强培训和激励机制建设，吸引和留住优秀教师；此外，推进教育信息化，利用现代信息技术手段打破地域限制，促进教育资源共享，提高教学效率和质量。通过实施这些策略与措施，本研究期望能够有效推动我国义务教育均衡发展，促进教育公平和社会和谐。

ABSTRACT

Thisstudydeeplyexploresthecurrentsituation,problems,andchallengesofbalanceddevelopmentofcompulsoryeducationinChinaunderthebackgroundofglobalization,andproposescorrespondingstrategiesandmeasures.Throughacomprehensiveanalysisofthecurrentresearchstatusathomeandabroad,thisstudyrevealsthatunevendistributionofeducationalresources,weakteachingstaff,anddifferencesineducationalqualityarethemainbottlenecksforthebalanceddevelopmentofcompulsoryeducation.Toaddresstheseissues,thisstudysuggeststhatthegovernmentshouldincreaseinvestmentineducationalresources,optimizeresourceallocation,andensureabalanceddistributionofeducationalresourcesbetweenurbanandruralareas,regions,andschools;Atthesametime,improvingthequalityofteachingstaff,attractingandretainingexcellentteachersbyincreasingteachersalaries,strengtheningtrainingandincentivemechanisms;Inaddition,promotingeducationalinformatization,utilizingmoderninformationtechnologytobreakgeographicallimitations,promotingthesharingofeducationalresources,andimprovingteachingefficiencyandquality.Byimplementingthesestrategiesandmeasures,thisstudyhopestoeffectivelypromotethebalanceddevelopmentofcompulsoryeducationinChina,promoteeducationalequityandsocialharmony.
