摘要

本研究聚焦于我国义务教育均衡发展策略，针对当前教育资源配置不均、教育质量差异显著及教育机会不均等三大核心问题，进行了深入剖析。基于教育公平理论、义务教育法规与政策及教育资源配置理论，研究提出了多项针对性的解决策略。首先，强调优化教育资源配置的重要性，建议政府加大对农村地区和经济欠发达地区的教育投入，改善办学条件，促进优质教育资源共享。其次，针对教育质量差异，研究指出提升教师教育教学能力、推进课程改革和教学方法创新、构建科学的教育质量评估体系是缩小差距的关键。最后，在扩大教育机会方面，研究主张完善相关政策法规，确保特殊群体和弱势群体教育权利的实现，并加强全社会对义务教育均衡发展的关注与支持。通过实证研究，本研究验证了所提策略的有效性，并就实施过程中出现的问题提出了改进建议。研究表明，实施义务教育均衡发展策略对于促进社会公平、提升国民素质和推动经济发展具有深远意义。

ABSTRACT

ThisstudyfocusesonthebalanceddevelopmentstrategyofcompulsoryeducationinChina,andconductsin-depthanalysisonthethreecoreissuesofunevenallocationofeducationalresources,significantdifferencesineducationalquality,andunequaleducationalopportunities.Basedonthetheoriesofeducationalequity,compulsoryeducationregulationsandpolicies,andeducationalresourceallocation,multipletargetedsolutionshavebeenproposedthroughresearch.Firstly,emphasizingtheimportanceofoptimizingtheallocationofeducationalresources,itissuggestedthatthegovernmentincreaseinvestmentineducationinruralandeconomicallyunderdevelopedareas,improveschoolconditions,andpromotethesharingofhigh-qualityeducationalresources.Secondly,inresponsetothedifferencesineducationalquality,researchhaspointedoutthatimprovingteacherseducationalandteachingabilities,promotingcurriculumreformandinnovativeteachingmethods,andbuildingascientificeducationqualityevaluationsystemarekeytonarrowingthegap.Finally,intermsofexpandingeducationalopportunities,researchadvocatesimprovingrelevantpoliciesandregulationstoensuretherealizationoftheeducationalrightsofspecialandvulnerablegroups,andstrengtheningtheattentionandsupportofthewholesocietyforthebalanceddevelopmentofcompulsoryeducation.Throughempiricalresearch,thisstudyvalidatestheeffectivenessoftheproposedstrategyandproposesimprovementsuggestionsfortheproblemsthat
