SYSTEMDESCRIPTION

Outdoor-mounted,air-cooledcondenseronthegroundorrooftopinstallation.The09RCSunitshallhaveonerefrigerationcircuitand

the09RCMunitshallhavetwoindependentrefrigerationcircuitscapableoffieldconversiontosinglecircuit.Unitshallhaveair-cooledcoils,aeroacousticcondenserfans,acontrolbox,andshalldischargecondenserairverticallyupwardasshownoncertifieddrawings.Unitshallbeusedinrefrigerationcircuitwith30MPAor30HXAair-cooledcondenserlesschillers.

QUALITYASSURANCE

UnitconstructionshallcomplywithlatesteditionofASHRAE15SafetyCode,UL60335-2-40,andASMEapplicablecodes(U.S.A.codes).

UnitshallbemanufacturedinafacilityregisteredtoISO9001:2015ManufacturingQualityStandard.

BaseunitshallbeconstructedinaccordancewithULstandardsandCSA.

Paintedpartsshallwithstand1000hoursinconstantneutralsaltsprayunderASTMB117conditionswitha1mmscribeperASTMD1654.Aftertest,paintedpartsshallshownosignsofwrinklingorcrackling,nolossofadhesion,noevidenceofblistering,andthemaincreepageshallnotexceed1/4?in.(rating34perASTMD1654)oneithersideofthescribeline.

Designpressureshallbe650psig(4482kPa).

Unitshallbefunctionalcheckedatthefactory.

UnitshallberatedusingrefrigerantsR-32,R-454B,R515B,R-513A,R-1234ze,R-410A,andR-134a.

DELIVERY,STORAGE,ANDHANDLING

Unitshallbeshippedassinglepackageandshallbestoredandhandledperunitmanufacturer’srecommendations.
