Dividedintotwoparts,thisevaluationisdesignedtotestyourreadingandwritingabilitys.Forthefirstpart,you’regoalistofindasmanymistakesaspossibleintheseinstructions,circleeachmistake,drawalinefromeachcirclestothemargin,andwriteaveryshortnoteexplainningwhyitsamistake.Forthesecondpartoftheevaluation,yourobjectiveistoreadthefactpatternonthefollowingpageandwriteafive-paragraphessayintroducingtheissue,analyzingthreepossibledefenses,anddescribingthelikelyresultunderChinesecontractlaw:
