药物配合心理干预治疗功能性胃肠病的效果分析

摘要目的：探讨药物配合心理干预治疗功能性胃肠病的效果。方法：选取2021年12月—2023年3月郴州市第四人

民医院收治的60例功能性胃肠病患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各30例。对照组给予常

规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合心理干预。比较两组治疗效果、情绪状态评分、胃肠道症状评分、生命质量

评分。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。干预前，两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁

自评量表(SDS)评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预后，两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对

照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预前，两组胃肠道症状评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预1、2、4、

8、12周后，观察组胃肠道症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。干预后，两组患者精力、家庭功能、

日常生活、睡眠质量评分均升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论：药物治疗功能性胃肠病

期间，配合心理干预模式，能促进疾病治疗效果的提升，并降低患者负面情绪对疾病治疗的影响。
